Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
Orders placed with Standard Shipping will be despatched within 2-3 working days.
We send all parcels on a Tracked 48 service.
Please note:
- Free UK Standard Delivery over £40 only applies to UK orders with an order value reaching over £40, which is calculated at the checkout. Wallpapers are excluded from Free UK Delivery as they have to be shipped separately with a different courier.
- Standard Delivery in Peak Period and Sales including Black Friday
Please note your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive, as we expect an increase in volume of orders during this sales period. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you'd like your order sooner please select our Next Day UK Delivery Service.
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed with UK Next Day Shipping before 2pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. Excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. We send Next Day UK parcels on Tracked 24 service.
All tracking information will be sent to the email entered at the point of order. To Track your order with your reference number, use this link: Royal Mail Track & Trace . If you registered, you can also login to your account to check the status of your order and find the tracking information when it has been shipped.
Wallpaper Deliver
Our wallpapers are bespoke and printed to order we advise delivery can be up to five weeks. All tracking information and a delivery window will be sent to your contact details entered at the point of order.
In the unlikely event your parcel is taking longer than expected we advise you to contact the courier first. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).
Delivery Outside Of UK

Due to the wide variety of products we sell all Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the items ordered.
Standard Delivery
We currently offer standard international shipping to a number of locations including the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai and many other locations.
If your country does not provide shipping costs at the checkout please do use our contact us page to get in touch so that we can provide a shipping quote for you.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days.
We send most international parcels on a Royal Mail International Tracked service although some larger orders may also go with DHL, FedEx or DPD.
The delivery time will vary based on your location with orders to Europe expected to arrive within 5-7 working days of despatch, and for other locations 7-10 working days of despatch we ask to allow up to 3 working days over these timescales for any short delays and to check for contact regarding the customs clearance of your order if it appears to be stationery on arrival in your country, If your order has gone over this timescales please contact us
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is packaged for despatch by our team, tracking information can take 24 hours to update from this point.
Wallpaper Delivery
Our wallpapers are bespoke and printed to order we advise it can take up to four weeks to despatch an international wallpaper order. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been packaged for despatch by our team, if you have ordered other items at the same time, these will typically be despatched separately.
Duties and Taxes
Orders delivered outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its specific destination, and you will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
